Although worry is normal for most, the habit of worrying actually keeps us from being at our best.
When we worry about things, we wind ourselves up tight like a rubber-band. As much as we try to stay calm and patient, worry at some point will cause us to snap… usually at people we care deeply about.
When we relax and trust that everything is working out for us through the divine presence that flows through us, we step into a space of allowing more flow and ease. This allows us to have a broader perspective, come up with better solutions, be more patient, and even create more ease in our bodies.
Today I invite you to close your eyes and imagine this week going smoothly for you. Envision that by the end of the week everything worked out better than planned. The right people were there at the right time and all went well.
As you connect to this sense of ease and calm, meditate on this question, “Just how did I create a week of more ease and flow?” Allow your inner guidance to show you what you can do this week and then try it out.
I think you’ll be surprised how much better your week goes.
Best wishes,
Danielle
